Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.

We accept returns and exchanges on new, unworn and unused items in their original condition (including the original Lake shoe box and all contents) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that any product that has:

• Been ridden in
• Been worn outside
• Had pedal cleats fitted
• Been heat moulded

will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

All returns must be securely packaged in suitable outer packaging, such as a shipping box, mailing bag or paper wrap. Please do not attach labels directly to the Lake shoe box.

Exchanges

A handling fee of £3.20 applies to all exchanges. This fee covers the cost of providing a pre-paid returns label and the return of your item to our warehouse for processing before your replacement item is dispatched.

Once your exchange request has been submitted, a returns label will be generated for you.

One exchange is permitted per order. Any further exchanges will incur additional shipping charges for dispatching the replacement item.

Returns for a Refund

If you are returning an item for a refund, a £2.94 returns fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of the pre-paid returns label, which will be generated as part of your return request.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Important Notes

• Please clearly mark the parcel as Returned Goods.
• Please include infouk@lakecycling.com with the shipment tracking details.
• Ensure the item is packaged appropriately to protect both the product and its original packaging during transit.
